Consultation: This is where we get a feel for how we can best serve you and come up with a path forward in making your dream a reality.

Design / Engineering: through this process we will build your model, address any challenging conflicts and prepare a rendering for permitting and construction.

Permitting: This can be a long process and frustrating but with our team we will work to push things through as fast as we can and handle the frustrating conflicts that arise during the permit process.​

Construction: Sit back and watch your structure come to life. This is where we shine and get to show you the talent and craftsmanship involved in taking a drawing from paper and putting it on the map. Your assigned project manager will walk you through the process and address any conflicts keeping things on a track moving forward.

Completion and final walkthrough: As we wrap things up we will tour your project addressing any questions and make sure satisfaction is met. We turn the keys over and You are now the proud owner of a Black Label Built Structure.
